Sterling Green South Community Improvement Association is devoted to ensuring the security and beautification of the area. We strive to promote neighborliness and pride among the residents.
This is vital in creating foundation for representation in issues that affect the community. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality in a self managed community. Sterling Green South CIA is responsible for community area’s maintenance, provision of recreational amenities, insurance coverage, management services, and enforcement of community appearance standards.
Our community managers and Board delivers the individual attention that each property deserves resulting in safer neighbors, higher resale values, a sense of community, and trusted relationships.
This CIA focuses on enhancing and protecting the value of our community’s assets. Sterling Green South is a deed restricted community with Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Sterling Green South has community garage sales only. We are having four (4) garage sales in lieu of the normal three (3) to help. NO ADDITIONAL OR INDIVIDUAL GARAGE SALES ARE ALLOWED. Any rained-out garage sales will be rescheduled. Call the office or check this website to find out rescheduled garage sale dates. The community garage sales will be held on the third Saturday in February, May, August, and November from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (signs will no longer be posted throughout the community due to continued theft).
FREE POOL REGISTRATION – AT WILLERSLEY OFFICE (1134 WILLERSLEY LN.)
Pool registration and pass distribution will be held on the following dates and times:
Wednesday, May 22nd, 29th, & June 5th: 12PM-2:30PM
Thursday, May 23rd, May 30th, & June 6th: 12PM-2:30PM

YOU CAN CONTINUE TO DROP OFF YOUR PAYMENTS IN THE DROP SLOT ABOVE THE AC. PAYMENTS CAN ALSO BE MAILED IN, MADE OVER THE PHONE (FEES APPLY), OR PAID ONLINE. IN ORDER TO PAY ONLINE, EMAIL US AT STERLINGGREENSOUTHCIA@GMAIL.COM WITH A COPY OF YOUR VALID ID AND WE WILL SEND YOU A REGISTRATION LINK IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN SET UP.

ACCESS TO VIEW AND PAY ACCOUNT ONLINE
Homeowners can now access, view, and pay their account online. Please send an email to sterlinggreensouthcia@gmail.com to request a registration link. Please include your name, property address, and a copy of your ID.
