Sterling Green South Community Improvement Association is devoted to ensuring the security and beautification of the area. We strive to promote neighborliness and pride among the residents.

Sterling Green South CIA is responsible for community area’s maintenance, provision of recreational amenities, insurance coverage, management services, and enforcement of community appearance standards.
Our community managers and Board delivers the individual attention that each property deserves resulting in safer neighbors, higher resale values, a sense of community, and trusted relationships.
This CIA focuses on enhancing and protecting the value of our community’s assets. Sterling Green South is a deed restricted community with Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Sterling Green South has community garage sales only. We are having four (4) garage sales in lieu of the normal three (3) to help. NO ADDITIONAL OR INDIVIDUAL GARAGE SALES ARE ALLOWED. Any rained-out garage sales will be rescheduled. Call the office or check this website to find out rescheduled garage sale dates. The community garage sales will be held on the third Saturday in February, May, August, and November from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (signs will no longer be posted throughout the community due to continued theft).

Pool registration and pass distribution will be held on the following dates and times:
May 19th – June 25th
Tuesdays & Thursdays Only – 11:00am-3:00pm

ACCESS TO VIEW AND PAY ACCOUNT ONLINE
Homeowners can access, view, and pay their account online. Please send an email to [email protected] to request a registration link. Please include your name, property address, and a copy of your ID.
IMPORTANT CHANGE NOTICE
For those previously registered before March 2025, website access to view and manually pay has changed. You received a welcome email in March 2025 with instructions for re-registering under the new vendor. Please click the link in the welcome email, request another welcome email, or go to engage.goenumerate.com/s/
