Title companies, it is very important that you include the current warranty deed, closing date, and any additional required information such as liens or Judgments in your request. When you purchase or sell a home in Sterling Green South CIA, you are required to obtain a resale certificate. The title company you are using for closing will contact us to request closing documents.
Fees associated with buying& selling:

Transfer Fee – $150.00
Administrative Fee – $15.00
If you are refinancing or transferring ownership of your property, the title company you are using will contact us to request closing documents.

Refinance Fee – $75.00
Administrative Fee – $15.00
Fee associated with transferring property:
Transfer Fee – $150.00
Administrative Fee – $15.00
Additional fees may apply if you have past due amounts, liens, or judgments against the property. Fees associated with buying, selling, refinancing, or transferring your property must be paid before the transaction can be completed.
