For emergencies, please dial 911.The non-emergency number to dial is 713-221-6000. Sterling Green South has a contract with Harris County Sheriff’s office to have dedicated officers patrol our community. Even though, we have dedicated officers for our community; we still need to be vigilant when it comes to our safety and the safety of our property. Please report suspicious people, vehicles, threats, loud music, thefts, crimes, etc. to the police as they are the ones best equipped to handle security situations.

Trash service is billed through your water district. Republic Services (713-726-7300) is the provider for our community. Service days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Heavy Trash is picked up on the 1st Friday of each month. Republic Services uses an Automatic Side-Loading system. Trash is only picked up if it is an approved ASL container. You can find Republic Waste trash protocols HEREPlease contact Republic Services for trash can repair or replacement directly.

If you miss the heavy trash pick up on the 1st Friday, Harris County Precinct 1 Heavy Trash Disposal & Recycle Center (281-452-1633) at 15530 Miller Rd 1 has these services on the 3rdSaturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Call them for more information.

Please call animal control (281-999-3191) for loose, stray, aggressive, etc. animals. This includes your neighbor’s pets who may have attacked you or your pet or caused property damage. Press 0 to reach a person.

Dead animals on the street can be reported to Harris County Road & Bridge at 281-452-1633.

Center Point Energy is responsible for street lights in our community. You can report any issues to them by calling 713-207-2222 or 800-332-7143 or report it online Here. You will be asked for the pole number, contact information, email address, etc.

MAIL BOX KEY REPLACEMENT (CLUSTER BOXES)

Those residents who have cluster-style mail boxes, can request a key or report any issues to our local post office at 281-457-5479. USPS is responsible for all maintenance on cluster mailboxes.
