Annual Assessments are due by January 1 stand no later than January 31st each year payable to Sterling Green South CIA. Annual Assessments are mailed out the first week in November for next year.
Sterling Green South CIA has one of the lowest Annual Assessments in the Channelview/Houston area. The current board has ensured the Annual Assessment remained fixed since 2013.
*USPS estimates delivery times for First-Class mail from 1 to 3 days. Please consider when mailing your Assessment payments to ensure receipt by the 31st of the January.
*Senior citizens 65 & older, current military, and veterans are entitled to a 10% discount off their annual assessment after proof is provided. Must be listed on the property deed.
Late fees and Interest will begin on February 1st and continue throughout the year assessing on the 1st of each month.
Liens will be placed on properties with past due amounts beginning March 1st.
Sterling Green South CIA may also file against you in Harris County court which will render a judgment against you and negatively impact your credit. Once the balance is aged past a certain amount of days, Sterling Green South CIA will file a petition for Foreclosure in District Court.
Sterling Green South CIA does everything possible to work with residents that are having financial issues. Please come to the office and set up a payment plan. Payment plans can be set up ahead of the next Annual Assessment to avoid late fees and interest. Federal and State Privacy laws guarantee your information will remain confidential.
Homeowners can now access, view, and pay their account online. Please send an email to sterlinggreensouthcia@gmail.com to request a registration link. Please include your name, property address, and a copy of your ID.
